i'm using square appointments. i have it set for text notifications 24 hours before the appointment. some of my clients are getting these texts, some are not. Why? I make sure when I book their appointments that the text notification option is selected each time.
If you have specific examples of your Customers not receiving these notifications, please reach out to our Support team. They will be able to look further into the specific issues on each of the profiles. It could simply be that their service provider is blocking them.
Whenever I book an appointment for my customer, it always shows up in their notification as "appointment confirmed". Where is the option requesting their confirmation?
I have the customer notification set so they "should" get a confirmation text 1 day prior to the appointment but they don't

I'm gonna second Kelly's answer above to contact our Appointments team directly to have them take a look.
If this is set up and they're not getting them, we'll need to take a closer look with them directly since we don't have access to your account from here.
