It sounds like you may have unintentionally created a new account when resetting your password - or somewhere along the way. Usually the disappearance of history of transactions or deposit Transfers points to account confusion based on login.
Just to be sure we get this fully solved for you, I would recommend flagging this over to our Support Team. They can take a deeper dive with you and see where the issue lays.
