square has thought it funny to send me this email

£0.38 will be withdrawn from your linked bank account

every thime i email them about this i get diffent excuses and now they just ignore me.

This doesn't appear to be spam; there seems to be some confusion here. It appears that we are attempting to withdraw £0.38 from your linked bank account, likely for a refund that you processed. If you do not have sufficient funds in your Square balance for the refund we'll debit any remaining funds from your linked account. It could otherwise be a fee to cover the fees associated with a refund. 

It seems that something is preventing us from processing that debit, such as the direct debit mandate being removed. I'd suggest confirming that your bank account is fully linked to your Square account here. 

Once it is fully linked, we'll be able to debit the pending £0.38, and you won't receive any further communication from us on the topic.

no linked bank account (lie as linked bank account as funds deposited to bank account)

technical issue will sort itself out ( another lie)

we see its been paid so you wont get anymore (another lie, as these are still been sent every other day)

Yes under UK law these are now classed as SPAM

now square ignore me.

I did and was told its been paid according to what they see, so i should get no more. 

but they still keep coming, next step would be reporting this to the FCA which would cause issues for square
