Hi @SR_, sorry to hear that! This may be caused by the browser your customer is using. Can you share the enroll link with me? I'll check this on my end. Have you tried to test it yourself and did you receive the same error message?

Hi @SR_, if it happens on certain browsers, this is likely related to the browser settings. Please try the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Make sure that your browser is up to date, by searching the Internet for the current version of your browser.

  • Clear the cache on your browser. Instructions for clearing your cache will vary depending on your browser. Accessing the Help menu on your browser should allow you to locate step-by-step instructions.

  • Square is supported with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 10 or higher.

If you continue running into an issue, I'll be happy to test it for you. You can share your link with me in a private message along with a screenshot of the error message you receive on your screen.

Hi Emma,

This is happening with multiple customer devices, chrome seems to be ok, anything else "something went wrong!" error appears. (Mobile phone and PC).

You can't ask every customer to change these settings on every visit, something going on your end?

Kind regards

Simon

Hey @glmag, thanks for your post! Are you currently running into the above issue? Have you tried the troubleshooting steps provided by Emma to see if that resolves the issue? If so, and the issue is still occurring, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message appearing on your screen? This will help me further troubleshoot. Thanks!
