USPS delivery notifications said my reader was delivered, when in fact it could only have been delivered to a wrong address. I was home at the “time of delivery” and it definitely was not placed in MY mailbox
USPS is known for putting items as DELIVERED when they are loaded in the Mail Truck. I had a package stated as Delivered and it arrived 4 hours later. I would call the USPS since they are the ones stating it was delivered. Square is only the sender and in this case the USPS was paid by Square to deliver it to you.
Hello @SHAFE77 thanks for your post. I'm sorry you haven't received your card reader. How long ago was the delivery listed as completed? It's just sometimes in my experience, I've had a packaged marked delivered, and a day or so later I actually receive it. I don't know if something accidentally might have been marked along the route. The first step is probably going to be contact USPS and report it as actually not delivered. The other option is to contact Square support and give them the details, they can probably look up the tracking info. I can't say for sure what the resolution is going to be, but hopefully if your reader doesn't show up Square will be able to send a replacement. Good luck to you.
