not sure if i've just set it up wrong, but i've gone through and added different shipping rates based on weight, then added the weight under shipping weight in the item information. My problem is once it gets to the check out it give the customer the option to pick a shipping rate rather then just picking the right one automatically. is there a way to fix this?

When you were testing here, did you make sure:
1) There were items in your cart
2) Those items had a weight saved to them via the Square Online Overview (edit via Items > Site Items)
