Having problems with second level security on sign in
Probably contacting Customer Support is a better option as they need to understand and look at your Account Details. Unfortunately, that's not something that can be done here - the volunteers here have experience with Square's Apps and Hardware but, do not have the same capability as Tech or Customer Support. We cannot look look at User Account Setups - the Second Level Security is either enabled or not and if it is not needed or not working as intended then you need someone from Support to assist.
