"An error occurred while sending". Haven't been able to reply to customer messages in 2 days.
Is anyone else experiencing an issue replying to customer messages? Whenever I try and reply it instantly fails with a "Failed to send. Retry" and the error in the header says "An error occurred while sending. Please try again.".
