I currently have a square managed domain and it is attached to my square online site. I go to the domain maintenance and edit the site destination to forward the URL to a new site that is not a square online site and it does not work. I have tried it using the mobile app and the desktop and it does not work. Help!!!
Hi @NissaK. Since you weren’t specific, I’m not clear on how you “forwarded the URL to a new site that is not a Square online site.” Could you please take a screen shot or two and post them here? I think I can help you once I see what you’ve already tried. Domain forwarding can be something very simple, or not, depending on the situation.
Also, it would be helpful to post the URL of your Square managed URL as well as the URL of the non-square site you are trying to forward to.
