My printer has started to print an extra of the sale reports and any other receipt that I print manually.
when the customer pays. the printer only prints one copy.
but any report or receipt I send to be printed, the printer prints 2 copies.
this started about 3 weeks ago.
I have tried looking for the problem but cant see why it is doing this
That’s odd. What type of printer are you using? I would power down everything and reboot. If that doesn’t work maybe try by deleting the current printer profile and add it back. Again if you do this I would still power down the printer first.
So, today it didn't double print, but the printers (on both machines) are not printing the figures we put in "Actual in Draw" and therefore the "difference", even though we input the Actual in Draw number when doing the close out....
So once we press save, it prints with blank spaces in the "Actual in Draw" and "difference" section on the cash drawer report.....
One machine is on 6.88 now
the other machine is on 6.90
