We are having a serious issue with bills staying on the tables on our Square register after the payments have been processed. It seems to be mainly when bills are split. The payments are processed and then the bill is showing as unpaid on that table. It is not even just when the bills are paid by card, the issue is also arising when paid by cash.
Has anyone had this issue?
I have raised it with Square since 16th Jan and still haven't got it resolved.
