yesterday we had multiple sale transaction that were confirmed by a check mark on our iphone square point of sale app, but we found missing. we have uploaded the ledger as they asked for but have not heard back from them after our long support call yesterday. The numbers being reported by the support agent were not matching what we saw on the dashboard, so we have 3 different counts. We think this has been happening since June 3 or so. we are curious if anyone else has this issue.

Yes I am dealing with this now. Sales from for
ers markets say “success” and then five minutes or so later an error message appears saying the transactions didn’t go through and were reprocessed by Square and now have been processed and sometimes they are cancelled completely and I lose the money. So far, no success with chat or email.
