My iPad Mini is the latest version and is running iPadOS. I cannot get it to connect to my contactless reader. However, the reader works fine with my iPhone 6s running IOS 13.2. If all else fails, I can use my old magnetic reader. I've tried everything I've found on line about troubleshooting, but nothing has worked.
@CapeGirl - Yikes! sorry to hear about your reader woes. 😖 And thanks for testing this on your phone, also - it helps us figure out the root issue much easier.
If you don't have any pending offline payments, I'd try reinstalling your app on your iPad next, as it fixes most buggy behavior with your reader connectivity issues. All your info is stored in our servers - at most, you'll need to reconfigure your app settings like enabling tipping or connecting your printer if you have one.
Wouldn't hurt to scan these other troubleshooting steps if you haven't done so already. Let me know how it goes!
