Unfortunately questions like this should be directed to Tech Support. We can take a few guesses here however, we really don't have enough information. For example, do you have your own domain or are you using a Free Square Subdomain? If you have your own domain, did you transfer it to Square from another provider? If you did, is your Security Certificate valid? When you search on your site, do you enter the URL with "https://www" or with "http://www" or just the "mysite.com" (just an example as we don't know your site's URL)? Most of us here are small business owners who do have hands-on experience with Square's Apps and Hardware however, we cannot look at user Account Setups so best we can do toss out some questions first.
