Hey @Curiousgoods53. Probably the first thing to do is to go to your online dashboard (app.squareup.com/login) and try to sign into your account with your userid and password. Your account might need some attention there before you can attempt to sign into a POS. Try that and let me know what happens, or if you have any other issues.
