how do i share items from the library to my website?

ive somehow managed to upload all my stock to the product library but cant get it to show up in my website? theres over 90 items i dont want to have to re upload everything, is there a way to share it to the web page please?

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community! 


If the items are showing in your library, then don’t worry there are just a few things to check to ensure they also populate as available on your online store, and many of these actions can be taken in bulk. 


If you head over to your Square Online Dashboard, you should see your library listed under Online > Items > Site Items. If you don’t, there will be an action button to the top right of the screen that prompts you to Add From Item Library.

 

 

 

 

Once your item list is displayed under Site Items, you can then use the Select All checkbox to highlight all of the items. You’ll then be able to select the Bulk Edit action button to set fulfilment preferences, and update the online visibility of the items. If you offer shipping on your items, be sure to set up your Shipping Profiles by visiting: Online > Fulfilment > Shipping.

 

 

If your items still don’t appear to be available for purchase online after that, there are a few other things to consider such as stock tracking and location preferences. You’ll find a full rundown of additional troubleshooting steps, here.
