going crazy

I have 2 businesses going and one was created by mistake.

I am desperate to close/delete/deactivate it, which ever gets rid of it....

i have emailed customer support who told me to go into  my locations and select it and click deactivate but it does not work, as in there is an exclamation mark next to the deactivate button so it cannot be clicked.

 

I have also gone to the business tab in the account info and selected the deactivate option. It then asks me for reason and then asks for my password. All fine but then when I click deactivate button it comes back with red banner saying something went wrong and it doesn't work.

 

I'm at a loss here.

Basically I started work for a company who use square for payments.

I had set up this account with my work email but did not enter any information . then got an email from my boss with a link, which was set up to work account. So the first one I had set up originally is useless. there is no info on it, Its never been used...I just really need it gone ..

Any help would be so so so appreciated.
