Have Changes Been Made to Credit Card Payments and Gratuity?

During payroll I manually enter each servers gratuity. the service charges from credit cards aren't separating from gratuity at the end of every shift. Why is this happening as of recent and how can I fix this? Servers are having to calculate the correct gratuity. If I wanted it to be that way I would drop Square all together and let them do the extra work and save $300+ a month.

Hi @AnthonyGombash, thank you for you post. Welcome to the Square Community!

I checked in with our Account Services team on this and they did not see anything in our system that has changed in regard to this. So they look into this deeper, they did have a few questions for you:

• Do you have an example of when the report showed them separate?
• Which report are you using to determine this and showed this information prior?
• Are you not expecting to manually input the gratuity? 

Once I have those details, I can look into this issue further.
