@wonppang Does apple pay work for you when you test it? Also, does it work in an incognito window?

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend contacting our Weebly Support team so they can look at your account specifics. It sounds like there may be a bug that engineering needs to look into.

Please let me know if you have any further questions after working with them!

@Valentina @AshleyK I can confirm I've had odd issues with the ApplePay link on a mobile site I was using as a customer last weekend. For me though, the ApplePay button showed on the website, but when I tapped it, the screen faded as usual to launch the native ApplePay screen but then went right back to the website without any payment being initiated.

Thanks for adding your voice here, @ryanwanner. I personally haven't heard a ton of chatter about issues with the ApplePay button outside of this thread, but thank you for the heads up! I'll keep my eyes peeled, just in case this is affecting more than a couple of people.

Yes they were working last week but not any more - I was informed by an irate customer.

Maybe Square is fixing them to allow tipping

Hello. I am trying to checkout on my website using Apple Pay but it does not show. It has been activated and deactivated but I cannot make it work. Google pay is working though. Also, I’ve tried on Safari, Chrome, iPhone, iPad, and IMac and does not show at checkout. Please help me to solve this.

It is showing up on my website. Make sure it is not turned off on settings. Things have a habit of changing without you knowing

I'm having this same issue, did anyone get answers from Weebly support? This is SO annoying! I upgraded so I could use PayPal and it was taking orders and then not actually taking the money through PayPal (it was saying on the customer end that I didn't "accept it"). When all actuallity I never saw anything in my PayPal account.

@Mandy414 - so sorry to hear that this has continued to be a frustrating experience for you. Like those who found a resolution above, would you mind flagging this over to our Support Team directly? I want to make sure this gets resolved for you.

While this is a very old thread, it is the first result that came up on Google when I was researching this issue for my own site. I had this exact problem of the Apple Pay button not showing up on the Safari browser on iOS, and after getting in touch with support, the issue had to do with back-end systems that talk to Apple Pay. Specifically, there is a "applePartnerInternalMerchantIdentifier" that should be populating with something that includes your website's domain name, and in my case, that was being sent to Apple as a blank string. Thus, Apple returned a failure saying that domain verification failed.

In the end, it was an issue that the advanced Weebly support team had to fix... there's absolutely nothing that the I could have done on my end to fix it. Thankfully, this was an EXTREMELY fast process! I just used the online chat feature and in probably under 30 minutes, the issue was resolved.

Just thought I'd share for others who might be having this issue.
