When any online transaction comes through the Square Point of Sale, we click on transactions and print receipt. It's sort of old school, but we like having the paper trail. Anyways, if the customer used a credit card, everything prints on the receipt. However, if the customer paid with CashApp, the tip does not print on the paper receipt. It's there and can be see digitally, but does not appear as a line item on the paper receipt. The following transaction can be viewed for reference.
