I have tried to look at every option, but the + and - quantity buttons do not function on my online store. It doesn't matter if they are using the full site on a computer, or a mobile site on a phone. It is set to Add to Cart and NOT Buy Now. Please advise me on what to do to correct this error. I am certain I have lost customers due to the inconvenience.
