Why does the name of a customer disappear from tickets not yet closed out ?

Once you saved a takeout customers order with name why does is disappear when you open the check once again to close out ¿

Hey @Laesquinaguat.  That’s not happening to me, and we use check names all the time.  Can you provide a screen shot or two of where you notice it missing?  I just tried saving a test ticket and recalling it.  The name was at the top where it has always been, even if I resave it and bring it up again.  It would help to see what you are seeing (or not seeing).
