Verify Identity

I don't know where to go with this, as I can't find other means of support anywhere.

I have the following message in my shop: 

"Transactions are disabled on your account. To re-enable, you need to verify your identity."

There's a big blue button labeled "Verify Identity". And it just loops me back to the dashboard. 

What do I do, I'm seriously frustrated.

Hey @heyblee.  Sorry for your troubles.  First, I would recommend signing out of your dashboard, clearing your browser’s cache and history, force closing the browser and restarting it.  You might just have a ghost in your browser’s memory that needs to be cleared.

 

Otherwise, if that button is still not working, then the ONLY thing you can do is get on the phone with customer support.  They have limited weekend staffing, but will be at full staff Monday through Friday.  It sounds like you are having a tech issue, as well.
