Hi all refunds were going through fine until Wednesday night . Now any refunds since then are pending . Is this normal or am I missing something

Refunds can take up to 2-7 business days for Square to process. In this time, refunds are marked as pending while Square awaits confirmation that the amount has been debited from your account. Once that process is complete, it is up to your customer’s card-issuing bank to post the funds to their account. Depending on the issuing bank’s processing speeds, the refund should show in your customer’s account 2-7 business days thereafter. In total, it can take up to 4–14 business days for your customer to receive their refund.
If your refunds are still listed as pending after 7 business days, please reach out to our Support Team, so they can take a closer look into the status of these refunds for you.
