Why am I unable to send text messages (SMS) since updating my Square Appointments app?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: New update flaws.

The new update on square appointments doesn’t let you text people SMS . It’s annoying please fix

• Are you receiving an error message when trying to send an SMS through the app? Or is the option the send an SMS no longer available?
