Why am I unable to create a checkout link?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Despite many emails that invite me to create checkout links I have been able to do so. Beta mode?]

 

I have tried to create checkout links to use and have not been able to create them under any category.  Says it is still not available to all users and is in Beta mode.   What do I need to do to become eligible?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this. It's really strange being that checkout links should be fully functioning and out of the beta stage. Check out a bit more on checkout links here.

 

When you have a moment, please attach a screenshot to this thread of what you are experiencing and seeing on your side.

This was on the laptop but I am also unable to select option on tablet or phone after charge.

Thank you for that. It definitely looks like there is some form of a setting not unlocked on the back end. In this case, we definitely recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly in order to file a ticket with our engineering department. They can then assess the situation and look deeper into the technicalities causing the issue at hand.
