Where did my item descriptions go on my Weebly website????

OMG I hope someone knows what I'm talking about! First, I tried every way possible to send a message to Weebly/Square with no luck.
I am working on my Weebly website, entering some items and tweaking a bit.
All of a sudden, I go in to edit items and there is no description!!!
WHERE did it go? And what the heck happened? Is there any way to get this back??? I don't understand.  I entered a lot of items in the past couple of weeks and now there is no description. Not helping my sales~!
When I look at the Square dashboard/items, those don't have descriptions either. I really prefer my website since on Square I can only add one picture and am limited.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thank you so much.

Bonus if a Weebly/Square employee would like to chime in 😞

Thank you

HI, are you a restaurant using the Menu Format template for your website? The Menu Format template allows for one image, the Retail Format template for stores allows for multiple images.

Did you change the format recently?

Hope This Helps!

Hi Terri

No, I am not a restaurant, just a small online seller.  I never chose restaurant as the format but since I only have one picture in the items, I am now assuming that's what I have. I see nowhere to change it. I have been all around the site, clicked on every possible thing. When I click on subscription, it only lets me change my payment method. This is so confusing for me, having a Weebly/Square website, then the Square site separately. I'm about to throw in the towel. I can't believe all my descriptions disappeared on my items on my website, have almost 70 things listed.
Thank you so much for responding! I am going to try to send an email to Square.

Thanks again 🙂

HI, it can be confusing.  The Square Online Store Editor is super easy and offers so many options, features etc.  Best advice for the Editor, click around add pages, add sections, add galleries etc.

Here are the breadcrumbs and screenshot to change to the Retail Format template.

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, click Page:Home, scroll down to Shop All click the 3 little dots for a popup to appear select Switch Template, popup select Retail, click Done.
