A 4 digit code is requested when trying to look at reports from my phone but code isnt accepted
It sounds like you have Employee Management enabled on your phone. In order to fix this, you'll need a manager-level four digit code.
From your web dashboard, go to the Employees section. Look for your name. If you click on your name, then on the Edit link next to permissions, you'll see your 4 digit code.
Once you have that, go back to your phone. You can either keep the phone the way it is now and use that 4 digit code when you need to get to reports, or go to Settings-> Employee Management and change when you need that code.
Hope this helps!
ALSO FACING HE SAME.
Hello @YFULY !
The same advice I have above should work for you, but some things have moved around.
To get your admin/owner passcode, on the Web Dashboard now look for the Team section, find your or the owner’s name, click on it, and in the screen that pops up on the right scroll down the page until you see the Passcode section.
Then, on your phone, More -> Settings -> Security and deselect Passcode.
hope this helps!
@YFULY ;
If what @ryanwanner said does not work you may have to look at your Permissions for the owners code. I had mine at first that I could not see reports testing the security settings and for got to enable the ability to see some things. Adjusting my Permissions let me see them but still kept employees out.
