When I use an E-Gift Card on it's own or in a split transaction, my Point of Sale unit reboots and we lose the transaction.
In a split transaction, after scanning the barcode or entering the card number, we select the option to split the transaction, and the POS unit reboots.
Even after rebooting the unit, it still happens.

Hi there @wbilancio.. Have you tried deleting the POS app and reinstalling it? If not, do that and if it still is acting up, go to the Support Settings > Get help > Send support ledger. Send that and then call Square support to let them know why they are receiving it. They'll open a trouble report.
