US seller: international taxes? Canadian specifically!

From what I can tell from the articles, most of the information on selling internationally is over 5 years old and does not reference how to set this up on existing POS iphone systems!

Can someone either point me to an article that is current and walks me through it step by step or tell me how to do this.

I suddenly have international customers and need to charge them tax - Canadian at the moment if that matters.

Existing articles say to go to a location that does not exist on my dashboard of I'm just an idiot and can't find it!

Thanks as always in advance

I'm confused as to why we would be collecting taxes for a foreign country? It's my understanding that when we collect tax it's because we will remit them someplace. I'm not a tax expert but if you're collecting Canadian taxes you would then need to send them to Canada. Have you tried researching Canadian tax collection?

According to my canadian customer I need to charge them Their tax or they have to pay both custom fees as well as increased tax rate for items not charged tax. I don't know, but it is what it is so I charge them their tax rate
