When customers try to pay by card we receive the following message
The error message for that order is :
Square Payment Failed (Status code ACCESS_TOKEN_EXPIRED: The provided OAuth access token has expired. You must renew the access token via the Renew Access Token endpoint.)
Hi there @Paula8822, I see this is your first time posting on the Community, so welcome.
This isn't an error message I'm familiar with. I can't see your account details here as this is a public forum, if this error has popped up more than once, I'd suggest getting in touch with our support team directly so they can take a look at the transactions in question.
The reasons for the decline can vary depending on what type of transaction it was, i.e. in person/API, etc.
Apologies that I couldn't provide any more insight on this one but our support team will be happy to help.
