Im trying to update my website but when I click on 'online' from the left hand side of my dashboard its just taking me to a blank screen and not loading?
Anyone else having this?
We also had a large payment last week that didnt go through when using the terminal i only picked it up when I did a random check I can see others had this too has this now been sorted?

When your Online Store Dashboard is not loading, this is likely to be related to your browser settings. Can you try the following troubleshooting steps?
1. Make sure your browser is up to date.
2. Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
3. Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, on an alternate device
In regards to your payment, we did experience an issue on Saturday 4th March. I recommend bookmarking https://uk.issquareup.com/ where we share real-time information in case of situations like this.
If your transaction was processed the previous week and you don't see the payment in your Transactions from your Dashboard or Square app, you can contact our Support team. The team can check if they have more information on that particular transaction.
Please let me know if your Online Dashboard is loading up with the steps above.

Thank you @flawlessonline for letting me know. I was able to upload my Online Store Dashboard today and we do not have any reports of issues with Dashboard. Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies or try from a private window? You can also try this link from a private window.
