Website is not loading

My website says that it is published and accepting orders but the website is not loading. This is extremely inconvenient seeing as this is my first launch. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, 

 

Was just working on my website and using both the dashboard and the front of the website. It was working fine until about 30 minutes ago and now it won't load at all.   http://www.tjsalternative.com/

Hi @TJsAlternative, really sorry about this! It looks like we're currently experiencing an issue loading Square Online sites with custom domains. Our Engineering Team has been notified and is actively working to get sites back up and running.

Thanks. Why weren't the Square statuspages updated as the issue was reported and unfolded? These were our first port of call and when they showed no problems we continued looking for other causes in a panic.
