Website erroring out on iphone

When I (and customers) try to open my website on iphones it loads partially and then pops up an error page that says "Cant open this page".  How do I get this fixed?

Hi Akidwell,

Perhaps providing a URL would be helpful - this would allow others here to take a look and maybe offer some help.  Note, the Community is not Tech Support however, there's quite a bit of hands on experience here.  (Your other option would be to contact Tech Support for additional assistance.)

Hi @akidwell - thanks for the link.

I just tested your site with my iPhone - did not notice any issues - worked fine.

Phone:  iPhone 14 Pro

IOS:    16.6

Browser:  Safari

Have you tried clearing your browser's "History and Website Data" before testing your site?

On an iPhone - Settings > Safari > Scroll to "Clear History and Website Data" > Close Tabs >> go back and try Safari.

So it loaded and didn’t give you the error message after 30 seconds or so? It doesn’t error immediately. It has been happening to a few customers of mine on their phones also so it’s not just my phone.  I cleared my history but I’ll try clearing it all and see if that helps. Makes it frustrating when customers can’t get to my site just because of that?

Also, I use chrome not safari so maybe it’s a chrome issue?

I cleared everything on safari and chrome and tried in both. Both browsers gave me same issue. I guess I’ll try to reach out to tech support.

Heya @akidwell 👋

I also just tried visiting your site and have not encountered an error using Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Mac. If you have any apps, or extensions on your browser, can you try turning them off? If that still fails, definitely give support a call!
