POS app keeps on crashing on my phone.

I have already tried troubleshooting but none seems to work. I'm a new square user. Everytime I open the POS app on my phone after a few minutes the app is crashing.

HI, is your phone updated to the newest iOS? (iOS 16) or latest Android version? (Android 13)

Hello, Yes both phones that I tested it with were up to date. That's why I cant figure what the issue is. Both are having the same problem.
