Is there a way to just have the items that we will be selling at the festival on the iPad instead of having to scroll through the items and categories?

Just a thought - have you tried just adding the items you want to "Favorites" - all of our items are in our Library however, only items we sell in person are in "Favorites" whereas we're not looking at any items we sell online.

Our categories are under favorites so each category is a tile. I'm wondering if I just make a category with the name "Booth" and add the tile to my favorites on the one iPad. Not sure that will work but I'll give it a try.

Also if you plan on doing 'Booths' alot over the summer or other events you could create a Location Booths and in Items have the items you want to sell at Booths be available but not the ones your not taking to the booths.

The event is right outside our building so it's not another location and I really can't afford to pay square for another location. I'm thinking if I do a category like you mention and call it "Booth" and then add the items we are only selling outside. I believe I can move the tile on the iPad to the top of the screen under favorites. I'll give that a shot.
