Why can't I see orders older than 90 days if there is a button that says Last Year? And, why would Square limit to 90 days anyway?
@BrainArtist You can see any orders from Dashboard, no matter the age. You are misunderstanding the error message.
If you set a date range filter, that range can not exceed 90 days in total. I’d suggest looking at a month at a time and scrolling that way.
I didn't set a date range, I simply clicked the "Last year" option shown in the picture and that gave me a blank page for orders but did put last year's date range at the top right. All it says is
Create a Square Online site to start selling"
The error only occurs if I click the auto populated 1/1/2022 - 12/31/2022 result in the top right since the page returns without orders.
I haven't misunderstood the error message. Do you understand the "Last year" button question? That button does not yield last year's orders it only changes a date range on its own. I don't want one month at a time, I want all of last year's orders.
That's funny, I only have last week, last month, and custom as options. I was able to put a year into the custom range and it worked. anything more than a year doesn't work, just like it doesn't work in reports.
