One of my customers is wondering how long it takes Square to pull her payment from her bank account?

not sure exactly what you mean, but the moment you conduct a transaction in Square, or any credit card processor, the "claim" is made on the available funds.  It may not settle until the end of the day but that money is allocated for the transaction the moment you finish the transaction.
