Verify Identity just says something is wrong over and over
I have an Ecwid website setup for square payments. It will not allow me to confirm my identity on square at all this has been weeks now. Just counties to say something is wrong try again
Hello @Ajmarti82 I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Have you contacted support at Ecwid? Here's a link. It seems like if you originated your website with or at Ecwid that would be your first contact. I'm not sure how Ecwid works but is it a matter of using an integration with Square? You can also contact Square support if you are unable to find an answer from Ecwid.
