Can't figure out how to pay an invoice?

There should be a link in the email/text that says something along the lines of "Pay Invoice".  Are you not seeing that option?  

Is it a new seller that sent you an invoice and perhaps doesn't have the correct payment options toggled on?  Mind sharing a screenshot, just be sure to blur out any sensitive information).
