Unable to extend domain

Hi there, I got a notification that my domain name has expired. I’ve tried to renew it several times and it’s says ‘cannot extend this service’. Any suggestions on how to fix this or how to get in contact with square?

If the domain is expired, you will not be able to renew it on your own, and you will need to reach out to the support team for assistance. This support link should get you to the right team. If you do not see an option for "ecom" or "online store" assistance, any of the support teams should be able to get you transferred to the correct department.

Unfortunately, we're unable to assist further via the Seller Community platform, as we'd be required to exchange account-specific information to resolve this issue for you. As this is a public platform, you'll need to instead reach out to our Support Team as recommended above so they may access your Square Account information.

For additional context on domain renewal, you have the option to renew your domain when logged into your online Square Dashboard for up to 30 days past the expiration date. After this period, you will need to reach out to our team directly to see if restoring your domain is still an option.

I suggest calling our Support Team directly on 1800 760 137 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time).
