Unable to disable customer accounts

Hi @BernadetteA,

Is there a way you can manually turn this customer accounts option off for me? I am unable to disable this option despite multiple attempts at clearing my cache and turning on/off SSL. My SSL is enabled and working as it should, so I'm assuming this is a bug?

Hi @lukevitale Thanks for posting! 

This issue is a bit complicated for me to troubleshoot because your site is made through a third party. I don't believe you have access to disable/enable the SSL from your end, correct? The option would show up under Edit Site > Settings, then scroll to the middle/end of page. 

If you do not see a way to disable the SSL you will need to reach out to your host directly so that they can adjust the store setting. 

I'm really sorry I'm not able to assist further with this. There's just no way for me to access the settings from the backend. 😞
