Sudden Issues with Stock and Shipping on Items

All of the sudden almost all of my items are showing as "out of stock" and the shipping option is no longer checked on my items. Has a change been made? I haven't changed any settings and things have been working just fine since I created my site in March. I've double checked my settings and everything is the same as it always has been and is set up correctly. This is killing my sales, nothing is showing as available!
