Hello. I've been a Square customer for 10 years. Our business uses open tickets to keep track of orders and then converts them to invoices for customers. Square took away this feature creating hundreds of hours of manual work for my company. A tech company that makes its product actively worse should be ashamed. There's nearly a hundred threads of customers asking for this feature back or why it was removed. Square is ignoring us.
