How to set category for Bookeo integrated transaction?

How to set category for Bookeo integrated transaction?  Started using Bookeo.  The transactions do not get a category?  Without a category the transactions when imported to Quickbooks Desktop using Commerce Sync all transaction become Uncategorized Sales
