I have two register stations (square point of sale), each one has its own star tsp100 printer connected via USB. they just both started flashing error codes at the same time and are not working. any help?
If both printers went out at the same time it's unlikely it was a printer dying on you.
Try powering off and on the printers
Unplug/replug the usb cable
Unplug/replug the usb hub/power cable
Restart Square PoS - force close the app, restart the tablets
