When I click to send a transaction through, it just churns -- won't process. Any ideas?

@bpstorie besides knowing which POS app you are using, it would be good to know if you are using a Square Stand, Register and any payment devices (contactless reader, swipe reader, connected terminal, etc.). It’s hard to be more specific about troubleshooting without all of that information
I'm using Square Virtual Terminal on Chrome. Thanks for the clarification request on that!
Ah! Ok, that’s different. Do you have a payment devices connected to your computer, or are you just keying in the card info manually?
Regardless, I would try signing out of your dashboard. Clearing your browser’s cache and browsing history. Closing and reopening the browser and trying again. Hopefully, that will wipe out any ghosts in your browser that are getting in the way?
