Token Values exporting as "0" to Excel

In preparation for end of year inventory, I'm cleaning up my inventory files and have been unable to reimport / modify because tokens are exporting as "0" in many cases.

Yikes - this one sounds like a doozy. Never fear! We will try to troubleshoot this the best we can.

 

Would you mind trying these troubleshooting steps listed in this helpful resource? This article is stated to tend to issues due to Excel and CSV import, but many of the troubleshooting steps can also be applied during export, as well.

 

If that doesn't resolve the issue, we may want to get a more 'hands-on' approach to solving this one; you can contact our Support Team and flag this over to them. They should be able to take a deeper dive into it with you.
