I sell services. Yesterday I updated the price of one of my services for which I have online booking configured. However, today that price that shows when that appointment is booked is still the old price.
Also, does square offer any actual support? There was a useless chatbot and this forum. Is there something I'm missing?
Hi @GK2. Have you checked to make sure that your POS app and device are completely updated? Also- sometimes it helps to force close the app and open it back up again.
And yes, we do have a support line you can call into. Follow these steps and you'll be able to get ahold of an Appointments specialist. Our phone lines are open from 6am-6pm PST, Monday through Friday.
It is the website embed for customers to book their own appointments that is showing the wrong price. It is in fact incorrect everywhere. So it doesn’t seem to be an effect of an app anywhere.

If the price is showing incorrectly for both you and your clients when you're looking at the booking site, you may want to contact our Appointments team so they can take a look on the back end.
