Tickets print twice

I have a problem with the printers. The servers send the others through to the kitchen. And sometimes when they take payment for that table, it automatically reprints the same ticket and sends it to the kitchen. Which causes the kitchen to cook the same order again. How can I fix this?

What device are you currently using? Have you tried any of your own troubleshooting steps? What kind of printer are you using? Have you tried troubleshooting your printer? How long as this been going on? Was your set up only printing one ticket previously? 

The more information you can provide the better equipped I will be at helping you resolve the issue.
